With its new reduced weight,
this is one of the most popular
restraint devices we carry.
If the padlock is placed on
top of the device, a prisoner,
with the use of the key, could
probably escape.
But, if the padlock is
positioned underneath the
cuffs, escape will now be
impossible even with the key.
